Hey there, community heroes, here are some highlights from June and things to know.

What’s new

Helpdesk got a makeover. We’ve made it easier to navigate to the articles you need in fewer clicks. The “Announcements” section also received an update. It is now segmented by updates, known issues, and product support lifecycle. With these new changes, you must “Follow” the section to continue to receive automated updates. Select Announcements > See All Articles > Follow in order to subscribe. Check out the changes by clicking "Helpdesk" in the menu header above.

Top Idea

June’s most voted and commented on idea is for changing the name “power users” to “internal users” and “standard users” to “external users” in the Web UI, originally posted by @milong. This idea is being strongly considered by the product team and we’ll provide updates in the post if it gets added to the roadmap. Thanks for all of your community input!

We’re getting close to reaching capacity for our 2019 Customer Summit. If you haven’t registered yet, be sure to do so here

The quarterly newsletter was sent in June, which announced new integrations, new features, and industry best practices. If you didn’t see it or aren’t subscribed to receive it, you can subscribe here

A special shoutout to June’s top 3 participants, @DimaB@Veronica Santia@Andrea Forbes. Thank you for being so active in the community!

And our monthly drawing winner actually goes to one of our top 3, @Andrea Forbes. Congratulations on the prize. To participate in next month's drawing, simply engage in the community with a relevant post, idea, kudo, or an accepted solution. Each one provides you with another name submission so the more you contribute, the greater the odds for winning.
