Over the last few weeks, you may have noticed a new face and name around the Egnyte Community, and while I enjoy maintaining an air of mystery, I thought it was time to introduce myself to those of you who make this community what it is.
I joined the Egnyte team in early November and was excited to be a part of their team as well as a part of your community here. My background is eclectic, with experience in community management, copywriting, event planning and more. I've had interesting career stints and stop-offs at a casino and a wholesale bakery and have managed a community of tens of thousands of professionals focused on making their worklives easier and their offices run more smoothly.
When I'm not managing communities and finding new ways to connect and communicate with customers, I'm an avid reader, video gamer and traditional archer.
I'm excited to join the Egnyte team and help you connect with one another, share your expertise, and have a valuable voice at Egnyte.

A community is a great place for users to communicate, get product support, and discover new ways to use Egnyte. Our previous community was more of a support forum where users received product help from Egnyte reps. To improve this experience, we designed a new community to encourage more peer-to-peer interaction.
