This task can be accomplished by any other administrator on your domain. The user has to follow the steps below: -
1. Login to the UI as and admin.
2. Browse to Setting => Users and Groups.
3. Locate the administrator who is no longer with your Organisation and further browse to the details of this user +. Edit User Profile. On the far right menu, look for "Change User Type" and then downgrade this admin to a power user. Do not delete this user untill you have checked this admin's private folder. Move the data to any other folder before deleting the user account.
If at all, this is the only admin on your Egnyte account, then please send a letter of authorisation to firstname.lastname@example.org duly signed by the owner of the company authorizing us to promote any other existing user to be the admin now. Please do not forget to put in the name of the user who should be promoted.
