Cloud Migration Manager stucked scanning for folders & files

Hi! That's my first post on that forum.

We are having problems with a migration job from our CMM to the cloud. We have a shared folder that we want to transfer to Egnyte and there is no way for CMM to successfully scan the folder. As you can see in the image, it stays "scanning" permanently (one day long scanning), forcing us to shut down the virtual machine to try again by changing some parameters. The permissions are correct, the information is accessible from many computers and the CMM version is the last one.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Hi, Cara.

The problem was in the destination folder name, that had accents marks. We renamed that folder and now the migration is working without issues.
