We ran into an user cap limit issue, we did not have enough licenses and new accounts were not created. I exported a listing of users and we have hundreds of deactivated and pending accounts taking up licenses. Is there a way through powershell or some other script to import a csv file and delete the pending/deactivated accounts after they have been reviewed?
Deactivated users do not take up a user license; however, pending users do since they are still considered active.
Admins can perform Bulk User Actions from the Users & Groups tab in the Web UI. You can see how to perform these here. You can also look into using the Import Users function to perform a mass deactivation or deletion.
If you want even more customization, you may be able to create something using our API.
