We use the Desktop Connect App with Single Sign On (Okta). Since 3.1, Egnyte changed the authentication method to go via the browser.
The problem is that this causes the browser to launch a security pop up, requiring the user to Allow the pop up. Most users ignore this and therefore Desktop Connect App does not authenticate and map drive. We have hundreds of users, this is generating a lot of support issues.
Is anyone else struggling with this, and do you have any solutions?
