Limit the size of a Power user's Private folder Disallow Private Folder f
Currently we have an administrator & Power Users, however I don't see the need for employees to have a private folder. This is a company and I do not wish the liability of an employee having private inappropriate files backed up - nor to pollute our company backup with an employees private files and pictures. If I could simply block the private folder function - that would be great. Obviously this is not for everyone - as such the option to suit would be terrific.
In an age where misuse of company resources / time can be difficult to monitor/manage - simply disabling eliminates the drain on resource to police or monitor! Also the privacy issue of the employee is maintainted in that as the employer - I am not delving into their files! My concern is also content of what they chose to store in their person lives!
I'm sure a simple security setting would easily resolve this issue!
