New MacBook - System Extension Blocked - cannot resolve

I am using a temporaray MacBook while my keyboard is being repaired.

I am installing Egnyte Connect and get the error System Extension Blocked.

I am using the instructions on this page - https://helpdesk.egnyte.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002904012-How-to-Approve-Egnyte-s-Kernel-Extension-...

I do not see the message or option to allow Egnyte to load.  I have tried rebooting, loading Egnyte Connect and checking this screen immediately.

I have administrator access to the PC.  I searched the forum and didn't see anything.  Any thoughts?

Hi @Simon Mason It appears that the Desktop App installation may be in a corrupt state. The best way to proceed with diagnostics is to contact our Support team at support@egnyte.com, so we may schedule a remote troubleshooting session.

I think this is a new problem with MAC OS  10.14.5

It is - tech support confirmed it.  Luckily I got my old machine back and have not upgraded to 10.14.5 yet.  I am waiting for a new egnyte version to be released.
