We use EML files a lot to save email correspondence for a project, I accept that the IOS app does not support this format and does not open them but it will not allow you to export them to another app.
Within the Egnyte Mobile App for iOS, there is an option to [Open In] the target file to various locally available applications. This includes the [Save to Files] option for local storage, or any viable application that supports the [Open In] request.

@DP Frost Attached is what we're able to see with a test.EML file. Since .EML files are partially in plain text format, you can try renaming the file extension from .eml to .txt to view it in a text editor/previewer.
