Starting yesterday, we have been faced with the challenge of not being able to download/access our files.
We have tried all browser/OS combinations and are experiencing the issue across everything.
Sometime a file will download, other times no. This is further complicated with files that are successfully downloaded and ending up being corrupt.
A support ticket has been filed hours ago and still waits assignment.
Anyone else having issues?
