In the time that I've been supporting Trainor Construction's Egnyte users, it has come to my attention that certain features may not be working for a number of the users. Synchronization of select users' local clouds is one of them. Would it possible to set something up, on your end, that would make it such that a email notification message goes out to me, when and where (i.e., user, feature) there's a problem? I was planning to check the settings on each user's computer, but I don't think this will be the best way to stay on top of the problem(s).
If you are the administrator of the account, you can log on to your account. On the left hand side, you will see a 'Reports' section. Under this, you can select the 'Local Cloud Report' and run a report on all users of the account. This report will show you if your users are having sync issues.
