So after creating an initial "New Customer" How do you increase the amount of Power users or Disk space allocated for each "Customer"?

That's okay, we figured it out. Though disjointed from where you created the customer, you can increase the power user counts and storage alottments in the "User Details" of the resellers dashboard.
