Saving QuickBooks Backups

Every time I try to save a QuickBooks backup file to and Egnyte folder, I get a message that says the file type is excluded from uploading to the cloud by the administrator. I'm the administrator. I can't figure out where in settings to allow saving a QuickBooks backup file. 

Just to clarify, I only want a place to save the backup file offsite (in the cloud) in case we need to restore it. (I do NOT need to operate QuickBooks from files in Egnyte.)

Where do I change the setting? How can I save the backup file to Egnyte?

Hi @jrb -- there is an option to exclude certain file extensions under the WebUI Settings -> Configuration -> Applications -> Desktop

Please double check this section for any file extension exclusions. Also refer to the following Help Desk articles below for more information:

Although, it looks like our Level I - Support team managed to address this matter earlier today.
