Why is a standard user losing access to files after about two days?
A standard user has access to files but after about two days access is denied. The administrator will re-invite the standard user and access will be granted but after a few days access is denied again. The administrator has also tried deleting the standard user and re-create account but access has been lost after a few days.

Thanks for your question. When creating a standard user, you can choose to have that user's access to your account expire on a certain date. It sounds like this might be what's going on here, so I recommend having your account administrator check what settings have been applied for the standard user in question.
Your admin can do this by navigating to the Users & Groups section of the Settings page. From here, you’ll want to find the user in question and select “Details” (see screenshot below).
Once you’re at the profile screen for the user in question, you’ll see an option to set when the user expires. This should be set to “Never” on default, but you can always change this as needed (see screenshot below).
