econnrefused

I'm using Filezilla ftp client to access our shared Egnyte folders but I am unable to log into the account due to an 'econnrefused' error message. I dial into other servers with no issues so I'm wondering if there is something on the Egnyte end that is causing the issue?

Re: econnrefused

Hi Ryan, this typically is an error received when the host, username, and password may be incorrect. If you are certain that the values are properly entered as described in the article below, please submit a support request and we will assist you.

I have the same issue but I can connect at time with the user/pass. Then wam. connection lost and only time solves the issue.
