I have a pc and my controller has a mac. I have no problem with opening and saving our docs using webedit. My controller who has a mac is constantly having issues with opening the same docs. is there any known fix for this. He has rebooted numerous times...sometimes it works sometimes not.
We recently released WebEdit 2.2.1 which addressed some issues with users having problems editing files where WebEdit would complain that the file was already being edited. If the problem continues after upgrading, I'd encourage you to file a request with our support team because we will need more details to diagnose the problem.
