Chief Technology Officer, Mark Grosvenor explained, "[With the financial crash] what we realized was, [we were] running around as a bunch of independent companies with 120 of them across the country and in Puerto Rico, each branding themselves individually, each running their own technology, each running their own business in their own way, wasn't going to scale and wasn't giving us any of the benefit of ownership."
