My question is two-fold: With the Desktop App, is it possible for an administrator to (a) designate offline access to shared folders on an individual basis and/or (b) designate offline access to specific shared folders (rather than all shared folders)? For example, could an employee be granted offline access to just one shared folder? If this is possible, please describe how. For example, I'm wondering if this might be possible through Role-based Administration options. Thank you in advance for your help!
Once the [Sync for Offline Access] feature is enabled by an Egnyte Administrator for a particular domain, the Administrator is usually not involved in selecting which folders are designated for offline access.
Power Users will be able to select their very own folders for offline access based on the Folder Permissions granted to them.
