Please add more search retrieval capabilities

Sometimes a search result will yield a large quantity of files, and the only way to capture/copy those files to a new folder is page by page (20 or so at a time) - this is very tedious, especially when you have several hundred files to copy.  It is especially disheartening if the search/copy task is interrupted and one must start over copying the same search results - there is no way to know what had been previously copied or not.

Please add a feature which would allow one to tag all responsive search results at one time  for copying to a new folder.

I realize we perhaps could use Egnyte Desktop or Egnyte Drive, however, they have not been as reliable as working directly within the browser.

Hi Marie,

Thanks for the feedback. These are interesting suggestions. I will make sure to pass them around to the Product Team to consider for enhancements to our search feature.

It is unlikely that we'll add a way to perform an action on all matching results because there could potentially be thousands/millions of results to a search query.

But most apps allow some kind of tagging of all results, and volume isn't really a relevant issue for modern web technology. For something like a subject matter access request, this is a basic required functionality.

In general, at the moment, unless the dumb search returns the immediately recognisable research that you need, it becomes a hellish user experience. Ability to properly search within search findings, and sort, in the usual way, would improve Egnyte massively.
