We have recently rolled out our SSO solution (OKTA) and i have made changes to our user profiles to switch their account from Egnyte Authentication to SSO Authentication.
I wanted to know if there is a way to change the authentication method used by the desktop sync application so the user can swtich to SSO
Currently, we are having to uninstall desktop sync and then re install - at which point you can log in with SSO

There is no login & logout step with the Desktop Sync application. So the application will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled for the SSO authentication to come into effect.
