Salesforce: Application Approval Required

I have installed the Egnyte for Salesforce package in Salesforce.  But am getting the "Application Approval Required" dialog in the My Egnyte tab in Salesforce, and in the Egnyte canvass App area on object screens.  Have the completed the approval dialog several times to no avail.  Any help appreciated.

Thank you for writing to us. I am sorry you did not get help in the community. Could you try the following: - 

1.Go to Setup, Enter Connected Apps in the Quick Find/Search box

2.Select Connected Apps under Manage Apps

3.Hit on 'Egnyte for Salesforce' from the list of Connected Apps under Master Label

4. Punch on 'Edit Policies' on the top

5. Under OAuth policies, change Permitted Users to 'Admin approved users are pre-authorized' and hit 'Save' button

6. Go down to the Connected App Detail page of 'Egnyte for Salesforce' till Profiles section is visible

7. Press 'Manage Profiles' on the?Profiles section

8. As the client is just starting out with Egnyte, select 'System Administrator' as well as 'Standard User' on Profiles list

9. Hit 'Save' button on the same page

10. Navigate to 'My Egnyte' Tab and check on if EgnyteConnect has loaded successfully.
