I am experiencing the same issue. When shutting down or rebooting Windows 10, a message will eventually display, "Closing 1 app and restarting, Egnyte Connect Unmounting drives...". There is an option to "Restart anyway" or "Cancel". Clicking "Restart anyway" will allow the computer to reboot. Clicking "Cancel" will return the user to the Windows desktop and the "Egnyte Connect (32 bit)" process will be terminated, but the "Egnyte Sync Service (32 bit)" process will still be running.
