Shows 100% complete, but then gets stuck "cleaning logs".

Thank you for writing to the community. 

The first thing that comes to my mind is to restart the Desktop Sync app once to see if the issue persists. If it does, then my recommendation is to connect with our support team. We will need to review the logs from your machine and escalate to the engineering if required.
