We have an Egnyte Drive 2.0.4 user with two Windows 7 machines, one running 64bit and the other on 32bit. On the the 32 bit machine, when attempting to save a file, the user constantly sees errors saying "The file name would be too long for the destination folder", even when the file name is only 20-25 characters long and contains no special characters. On the 64bit machine the user doesn't experience these errors.
Are there any known limitations with Egnyte Drive and 32bit operating systems?

Hi Mark,
We have heard about such an issue floating for the Egnyte Drive. What you explained here is a very specific issue and we trust your testing across the 32 bit and 64 bit versions of the Windows.
My take on this would be to send across the logs for the Egnyte Drive from the machine which sees the problem and also attach screenshots of the error message the user faces. This way we would get the error as wells as the logs in one shot. You can also explain the above issue or simply copy paste the above text in the comments section while sending the logs.
Thanks
