Permissions not propagating from cloud to storage sync
Here is an issue where permissions have not propagated properly from Egnyte Cloud to Storage Sync.
Checked on local storage sync device, and it shows correct permissions. However, when I access a specific folder path which is restricted from user's login via windows explorer , that restricted folder is accessible for that user.
The restricted folder does not appear when navigated via the Egnyte Connect App/Web interface, which is the correct set up.
It somehow feels that not all permissions are cascaded down to the user's computer. Is there a way I can check and rectify this?
The logs does not have this info to troubleshoot further.
