Slow download for user in New Zealand

Jump to solution

Hello,

One of our users who is located in New Zealand is seeing very slow download speeds for files hosted on our Egnyte share.  He is getting 20-25 kB/s.  What is the proper channel to investigate what might be going wrong here?

Thanks,

Nicolas

Hi @Redshift, thanks for reaching out. Since this sounds like a one-off situation, the support channel will probably be the best path. You can reach them at support@egnyte.com. They will ask you questions about your setup and network to hopefully find the problem and get the issue resolved. It may be an external factor to Egnyte that is causing this, but at least we can rule out some of the potential causes.

Best,
- Julie
