My assistant uses a MacBook. She recently uploaded documents to egnyte. When I go the folder I get a message saying cannot preview document and when I download the doc, it won't open.

We suggest you create a ticket with support by emailing email@example.com. Please include all the details like filepath and username of the person who uploaded the document etc.
