Thank you for writing to the community. They are the same on both operating systems. Please check to see which version of Desktop App you are using, you should be on v. 3.8.0. Here is a link to the latest installer in case you need it: Mac EgnyteConnect_3.8.0_202295.pkg, Windows EgnyteConnect_3.8.0_21.msi.
